How Much Does It Cost? |
There is 'no' annual subscription fee to be a member. New members are simply asked to provide £18 (per member) towards the purchase of 6 wine glasses & 6 champagne flutes to be held by the club for the members' use at the evenings they attend. From then on each member only pays the fees relevant to each tasting for which they register (normally £18 per member per evening).

There are two tasting options available:
Single Tasting (guest)
You can come along and try the club for an evening, either accompanying an existing member or on your own, just to see if it’s right for you.
To register as a guest for a tasting, you simply transfer the guest fees for that month (normally £18-20 per person) to the club account. Each month the fees alter slightly dependent on the wines being purchased. The administrator advises every new guest of the cost for the specific tasting. See the tasting calendar for monthly topics.

Join as a Member
Should you wish to take up membership now, or after your first tasting, a lifetime membership is charged as a one-off amount of £18. This money enables us to purchase 6 wine glasses and 6 champagne glasses for your use when attending a tasting. These glasses are washed and brought to each tasting ready for your use. |

From then on, the only other cost to you is the amount for each tasting for which you register. Registration for a tasting is the same transfer mechanism and is prompted by a WhatsApp message from the administrator.
Because the club is self-funded and non-profit making, we charge as little for a tasting as it costs to put on. Most of the time this is £18 per tasting. For special tastings, such as the Summer Feast or our Christmas event we sometimes pay more. This is unlikely to exceed £25 and members are informed well in advance. |
